FLC Loft Rental Refund Policy

There are no refunds on beds that have already been set-up in designated room. Cancellation must be made before set-up is completed in assigned room for a 90% Refund.  (The exception made if not attending Fort Lewis College, is a 90% refund if notified before the end of move-in day).

Cancellation must be made 5 days before residence hall move in day for 90% refund.  Cancellation after this date through residence hall move in day, is 50% of payment made. After move-in day there are no refunds on the loft rental.  (Exception made if not attending Colorado School of Mines is 90% refund if notified before the end of move-in day).
