How It Works Loft It!, inc. uses the residence hall bed, by removing the legs from the springs and installing the springs upon the lofted metal bed frame. The residence hall mattress is then laid upon the springs. *All that is required of you, is to keep the bed parts not used (the legs) in your room, so the residence hall bed can be reassembled after you leave at the end of the year. *(This is a requirement of most College and University Housing & Residence Life Departments.)
